#15 Bombshell Mila Kunis Boldy Steps Out with No Makeup

We can't argue Mila Kunis' bombshell looks. But in this photo without makeup, she looks like she's dragging.

Simply put, Kunis' face looks droopy. And without makeup, her eyebrows seem all out of whack. Don't you agree? Her arch is too arched or at the wrong spot. It looks like she's pulling up on her forehead. But, you can see in the red carpet photo, her arch is nearly identical and she looks normal. Go figure, makeup disguises a weird eyebrow arch!
 

#14 Kimora Lee Simmons Shows her True Face

Kimora Lee Simmons is not her on-point usual self below left. We love going for a natural look, but that doesn't have to mean no effort at all.

Simmons, who makes a living from her fashion and beauty lines, not too mention a reality show on the Style Network, clearly put no effort into this look. You would think celebs would have it figured out that every time they step outside, there will be photographers. Wouldn't you want to put your best face forward? Kimora really is a natural beauty, so a swipe of gloss and some mascara would have worked wonders here. She does look like she's in mom-mode though, doesn't she? If that's the case, props for putting the kids first!

#13 Demi Lovato is Looking Good!

Demi Lovato recently took to Twitter to encourage women to be brave and go without makeup for the day. Lovato even posted a picture of herself sans makeup or any type of filter.

The star, who's life seems to be turned around after battles with depression and cutting, showed off a layered haircut as well. You can even see some freckles most of the world was unaware Lovato had. The picture on the right shows a nude lip and long false lashes. She shows off a trendy fun side with glitzy green liner and large hoops. For a natural look with just a hint of makeup, use primer, pink blush and a red lip stain. Kudos Demi!


  

#12 Madonna Shows her Age

Madonna's no-makeup look really is proof that underneath it all, she's just like us. Of course, she's just like us with a fatter wallet and donning more designer labels.

It's safe to say that most of us feel Madonna has aged well. However, her non-makeup look shows the singer with dull skin that appears to be starting to sag. Madge doesn't have to go full-out glam every time she steps out, but how about a 5-minute face? Some primer, a pinkish gloss, bronzer or blush to contour her cheekbones and some mascara who have worked wonders here. Remember that next time you're about to step out in public with a naked face! Impressions are everything, put some effort into your look!

We love how fresh-faced Katherine Heigl looks in her no-makeup pic. It kind of makes us feel like we're "normal."

The best thing about Heigl's made up face is that it truly only enhances her natural beauty. While her public appearance faces vary, she looks great with bronzer, nudish-pink lip gloss and a light smoky eye. To bring out her best however on her day's off, her small almond-shaped eyes would benefit from a couple of coats of mascara. Aside from that, she can go bare without fear. And why shouldn't she, even Hollywood Elite deserve a day off from time to time.

#10 Kathy Griffin's Lashless Look

Controversial Kathy Griffin brings fuel to the makeup fire with this before and after. This version is scary because once again, it shows off an almost unrecognizable celeb without out her camera-ready makeup.

Not that there's anything wrong with Griffin stepping out without her makeup on. But this version couldn't even win a Kathy Griffin look-alike contest. Her auburn tresses seem to always complement her public appearance makeup. The red-carpet photo shows off just how important the eyes are. For tiny ones like Griffin's, be sure to use false lashes. Her barely there lashes on the left dramatically age her.

What would a celeb makeup story be without Kim Kardashian? We've seen hundreds of pictures of her without makeup, all of which reveal a very normal look.

Kim doesn't ever appear to be hiding any major flaws. But her highly publicized made-up self shows us all just what makeup can do. Well, makeup and false lashes. Well, makeup, false lashes and a spray tan. She is beautiful, but Kim does have two very different looks. Red carpet Kim and regular Kim look nothing alike. But, maybe we wouldn't either if we were walking down a red carpet filled with paparazzi?!?

#8 Katy Perry Shows Off Classic Girl Next Door

Thanks Katy Perry for making the rest of us look bad. Her non-makeup look is still flawless. Classic girl-next-door!

Yes, we see her on the right. She's stunning. But there's something even more stunning about a girl who looks good not made up. Even with a bold lip and well played up eyes, she doesn't look unrecognizable from her non-madeup self. Her makeup artist deserves a huge pat-on-the-back for letting her true beauty stand out, and not covering it up!

#7 A Washed Out Kelly Clarkson

Oh man, we hate doing this, because who doesn't love former American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson? However, with ultra-bleached locks, the singer is way too washed out without makeup.

Clarkson's strong features could likely stand out fine on their own. Meaning, she would still be a knockout without makeup...until she bleached her hair that is. Super-blonde hair completely washes her out and she needs some face paint to liven things up a bit. Her five-minute face for blond hair should include foundation, lip color, a soft bronzer and mascara. Even though this isn't her best look, we give her props for somehow looking washed out and youthful at the same time. She looks like a 16 year-old about to get her driver's license!

#6 Could the Real Eva Longoria Please Stand Up?

Eva Longoria is one of those women you love to hate just for the reason that she still looks gorgeous without makeup. However, is it just us or does she not look anything like the made-up Eva we know?

Yes, there's obvious things we can tell Eva enhances with makeup. Foundation clearly evens her skin tone and mascara brings out barely-there eyelashes. Maybe it's her gorgeous smile, but we still think the actress is beautiful sans makeup. However, her no makeup self bares no resemblance to her made-up self. Makeup should enhance, not completely change one's appearance! Her non-made-up self is closer to a Jessica Alba/Vanessa Minnillo-Lachey hybrid!

I guess having less-than-pretty photos hitting cyberspace is one of the (maybe the only) downfalls of celebrity-ism. But honestly, it looks like Sarah Michelle has had a night reliving her "Buffy" years fighting off vampires. More realistically, it does look like she's just completed a workout. Her skin tone isn't awful. But, if she fears pho-togs, some undereye concealer, a pink lip gloss and little blush would work wonders. Among other things, her look on the right is achieved with either lots of bronzer or tanner, a pink pout, and mascara.

#4 Just Another Day for Amanda Seyfried

Amanda Seyfried is actually spotted quite frequently minus her makeup. She always looks like she's getting over a late night when we see her bare-faced however.

Seyfried is a natural beauty and her typical red-carpet makeup really livens her up. Whether it's hiding undereye circles or highlighting her features, her flawless face is achieved with red lipstick and likely a good foundation and highlighter. A few coats of mascara also help to open up her eyes. Back to the red lipstick though - it's in this season. There's a shade out there perfect for each of us. Find yours because that pop of color really does wake-up your outer appearance.

#3 Pink has us Wondering, Who's that Girl?

Wow! Pop rocker Pink is almost unrecognizable sans makeup. We promise however, it really is her.

One good thing for Pink is the fact that she can likely step outside and avoid fans and paparazzi when not donning makeup. Although she lost her actual hot pink locks years ago, the "Blow Me One Last Kiss" singer has always publicly had a very distinguished look. We rarely see her without bold eye makeup and usually a bold lip. It appears one thing she never leaves home without, however, is a smile. Good for her!

#2 Kate Moss: Something to Actually Cry About

It appears Kate Moss, known for her on-again-off-again demeanor really does have something to be outraged over. Mainly, this barefaced photo!

To be fair, this isn't the most flattering pose the model has ever struck. We likely all have numerous photos we wish were never taken. We also secretly hope they aren't depicting the "real" us. Ms. Moss probably feels exactly that way over this non-airbrushed pic. At the same time, her "after" picture shows the reason we all should love a little foundation and a contoured cheek. Moss proves she's still gorgeous!

#1 Heidi Klum in Mom Mode

This German beauty proves below she's not always ready for the runway. But on a family day out, we suppose we'll give her a pass.

One things this proves however, is that a little makeup can work wonders! In the photo on the right, Klum combines a nude-toned lip with silvery smoky eye. A soft pink blush and natural looking highlighter adorn her cheeks. And of course, the gorgeous smile doesn't hurt anything either.
